Kynnee Golder Wallace is an experienced HR professional and consultant with more than two decades of helping organizations align people strategies with their mission and values. She is the founder and CEO of Global HR Business Solutions and served as Executive Director of the 548 Foundation from 2023-2025, where she led statewide workforce development initiatives focused on expanding access to clean energy and high-growth sector training.

Kynnee has been honored to lead and support diverse teams across industries, both as a consultant and in executive leadership roles. She recently served as a workshop presenter at the 2024 EEOC EXCEL Training Conference, the federal government’s premier event for EEO and HR professionals, where she spoke on advancing inclusive workplace practices.

Her insights have been featured in Energy News Network, and a clean energy workforce initiative under her leadership was profiled in the Chicago Sun-Times. She holds certifications as a PHR and SHRM-CP and is currently pursuing a Master of Jurisprudence in Labor and Employment Law at Tulane University.
